Made by Robot Montajor
This Company Brain video was edited by Robot Montajor
A TV spot for our product Company Brain: script, animation and titles in the Win to Win brand style. Marketing approved it on the first version.
Task
You need more video than the team can edit
We have been there ourselves: our marketing team ships interviews, reels and TV spots every week. Robot Montajor grew out of our own production routine.
- Videos wait in the queue for the editor
- Every edit means messages, a new file and waiting
- Footage and versions are scattered across chats and drives
- The brand style lives in one person's head
- Each platform gets its own re-edit
An SMM manager, a marketer, one or two editors and contractors. Footage arrives on flash drives and in chats, tasks as voice notes, edits as screenshots. And the same material is needed for several platforms at once.
How it works
Four steps from footage to a finished video
- 01
Send the footage and the task
To the bot, as a normal message or a voice note: “Make a 30-second vertical reel with subtitles.”
- 02
Agents edit in your style
They pick the takes, add music and word-by-word subtitles. The preview arrives in about 30 minutes.
- 03
Edit by replying to the preview
“Shorter intro, livelier music” — the new version arrives in the same chat, and the edit is remembered.
- 04
Approve and download the original
Uncompressed and in the formats you need — for Reels, feed, YouTube and TV.
What’s inside
An editor that lives in Telegram and knows your style
Nothing to install: the team works in the messenger it already uses, while editing, versions and storage sit in one place.
Telegram bot
Send footage and tasks as a normal message or voice note, and edits as a reply to the preview.

Style memory
Remembers your edits: fonts, pace, music, ending. Every next video is more accurate.
the style doesn't depend on one editor
Every format

A separate team workspace: 20 GB, a member list, deletion in one tap.

What changes
Routine goes to AI, editors get to be creative
Pilot results
What the system already does on our content
from upload to first preview
videos in the first 2 days of the pilot
formats from one shoot
message per edit
Timing from our pilot: 8 videos (interviews, reels, promos and a TV spot) in the first 2 days. For your content we'll measure it during the pilot, in weeks 2–5.
Security
Only your team sees your footage
Isolation is built into the architecture, not into the settings.
A separate workspace
Each team works in its own isolated container. Other clients' data simply isn't there — not by mistake, not on request.
Access by list
The bot answers only members on your list, by Telegram ID. In groups — only when addressed directly.
Nothing gets lost
Source files are never changed, every version is saved separately. After a connection drop the system picks up where it left off.
Storage under control
20 GB per team, expandable on request. Deleting footage or a video is one command in the bot or a button in the mini app.
Activity log
Every request and version is recorded: who asked for what and when. You can see where any edit came from.
Backups
The workspace and database are backed up on a schedule. A server failure won't wipe your footage and videos.

Questions about Robot Montajor
Didn't find the answer? Write to us and we'll show the system on your material.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Robot Montajor works inside Telegram: the bot takes footage and tasks, and the mini app opens right from the chat — on a phone and on a computer.
How fast does a finished video arrive?
The first preview comes about 30 minutes after upload — that's what we saw in our pilot. For your content we'll measure it during the pilot, in weeks 2–5 of the rollout.
Which formats are supported?
9:16, 4:5, 3:2 and 16:9 from one shoot — for Reels and stories, feed, YouTube and TV. The approved video downloads in original quality, uncompressed.
How do I make edits?
Reply to the preview in the chat: “shorter intro, livelier music.” The new version arrives in the same chat, every version is saved, and the edits go into the style memory.
How does the system learn our brand style?
In the first week we study your brand book, fonts, music and 3–5 of your reference videos, then fine-tune during the pilot based on your edits. The style is written into a brand profile and applied to every video.
Who will see our footage?
Only your team. Each team works in an isolated workspace, the bot answers only members on your list by Telegram ID, and every request and version is recorded in the log.
How much storage is there?
20 GB per team, expandable on request. Footage or a video can be deleted with one command in the bot or a button in the mini app.
How long does the rollout take?
6 weeks: brand and materials, workspace and bot, a pilot on your footage, the mini app, launch and training. The first videos appear in the bot within 2 weeks of the start.
