Win to Win is an IT outsourcing company from Tashkent and an IT Park Uzbekistan resident. We build Company Brain — a company’s second brain, Personal Brain — a business owner’s personal AI assistant, as well as ERP, CRM, mobile apps and web platforms for clients in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, the USA and Europe.

Who we are
Win to Win (W2W) is a team of 20–50 specialists, each covering 2–3 roles. That makes us faster and more affordable than traditional studios: a project starts in 1 day to 2 weeks, and our rate of $10–30 per hour is 2–3× lower than that of international competitors at comparable quality.
We focus on two areas: international outsourcing for companies from the US, Europe and the Middle East, and automation for large local companies in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan using ERP/CRM systems integrated with 1C, AmoCRM, payment systems and IoT.
You choose the engagement model: fixed price, time & materials, a dedicated team or a partnership model with revenue sharing and equity.
