Company Brain — the second brain of your company
Connects documents, correspondence, meetings, CRM and 1C. Answers employees in seconds with links to the original source, while skills handle routine work on their own: requests, documents, reports.
What it does
Knows. Answers. Acts.
Not a scripted chatbot, but a system that understands your company’s context and works inside your processes.
Knows everything your company knows
Documents, policies, contracts, Telegram and email correspondence, meetings, CRM and 1C data — in one perimeter, with access rights respected.
Answers with sources
An answer in seconds in Russian, Uzbek or English. Every statement comes with a numbered link to the original source.
Handles routine on its own
Skills process requests, documents and reports, create tasks and post to messaging apps — with human oversight where it’s needed.

Why did our Q3 margin drop by 4 points and what should we do about it?
- 1C: revenue and cost of sales by month
- amoCRM: discounts in 412 Q3 deals
- Board meeting minutes from Sep 12
Company Brain8.1 s
Q3 margin is 27.4% vs 31.5% in Q2. Two main reasons: in 38% of B2B deals the discount exceeded 15% 1, and logistics got 22% more expensive after the carrier changed in August 2. On Sep 12 the board decided to restore the 10% discount limit, but it still isn’t set up in the CRM 3.
Which projects are at risk of missing October deadlines, and who owns them?
- Task tracker: 9 active projects
- Project chats in Telegram
- Planning meeting minutes from Sep 26
Company Brain6.7 s
2 of 9 projects are at risk. The “Dealer Portal” is 6 days behind: since Sep 18 we’ve been waiting for the client’s API 1; Aziz K. is responsible. In “Warehouse Accounting” QA is overloaded — 3 of 4 testers are busy with a release 2. I suggest moving the review to Oct 14 and bringing in a backup tester 3.
Readiness for the deadline
Where do we store customers’ personal data and who has access to it?
- Data map in Notion
- Google Workspace access log
- Information security policy
Company Brain9.3 s
Personal data is stored in 3 systems: CRM, 1C and the “Clients/KYC” folder in Google Drive 1. 14 people have access to the KYC folder, 5 of them outside sales and legal 2. The security policy (clause 4.2) allows access for these two departments only 3. I recommend revoking the 5 extra access rights.
Systems with personal data
| System | What’s stored | Access |
|---|---|---|
| CRM | contacts, 12,400 | 9 people |
| 1C | contracts, company details | 6 people |
| Drive · KYC | document scans | 14 people |
How much money has been stuck in receivables for over 60 days, and who are the main debtors?
- 1C: settlements with counterparties
- Payment calendar
- Managers’ correspondence with clients
Company Brain7.2 s
Receivables more than 60 days overdue: $184,200, or 21% of the total 1. Three clients account for 64% of that amount 1. The largest debtor, “Techno-Stroy,” promised the manager it would pay by Sep 30 in a chat from Sep 16 3, but there’s no such payment in the payment calendar 2.
Why did lead-to-meeting conversion drop in September?
- amoCRM: 3-month funnel
- Vacation schedule
- Lead handling policy
Company Brain5.9 s
Conversion fell from 34% to 22% 1. 61% of website leads waited more than 2 hours for a first reply — in August it was 18% 1. The reason: two managers are on vacation and their leads weren’t reassigned 2. The “Sales and leads” skill replies to a customer within a minute and books the meeting in the calendar itself 3.
How much does sales team turnover cost us and why do people leave?
- HRM: HR orders for 12 months
- Hiring and training budget
- Exit interviews
Company Brain6.4 s
Over 12 months, 9 of 24 managers left — 37% turnover 1. Replacing one employee costs about 2.5 monthly salaries: hiring, training and lost deals 2. In exit interviews, 6 of 9 cited opaque bonus calculations as the reason 3.
This demo uses a fictional company’s data. Once implemented, Company Brain connects to your systems and answers from your data.
Three losses that Company Brain eliminates
an employee spends every day searching for information (McKinsey Global Institute). In a 100-person company, that’s about 20 full-time equivalents spent searching.
An employee leaves — and the knowledge leaves with them. Agreements and context stay in their head and chats unless they are captured.
Decisions get lost between meetings: a month later nobody remembers what was agreed and who is responsible.
How it works: four steps
1Collects
Documents, chats, meeting transcripts and CRM data are collected in one secure perimeter.
2Structures
Content is parsed and indexed together with access rights and relationships: people, clients, projects.
3Answers
An employee gets an answer with numbered links to sources — in Telegram or the web interface.
4Acts
Knowledge turns into reports, document drafts and tasks; skills take care of repetitive work.
Security
Why Company Brain doesn’t make things up or reveal too much
Permissions — before generation
Documents outside a role’s access physically never get into the answer’s context. No one sees what they’re not supposed to.
Cloud or your own perimeter
For banks, the public sector and regulated data — a closed installation on your servers: data never leaves the perimeter.
Full audit
Every request and source is logged. If its confidence is below the threshold, Company Brain honestly says “I don’t know” and calls in a person.

Questions about Company Brain
How is Company Brain different from a chatbot?
A chatbot follows a pre-written script and breaks on the first non-standard question. Company Brain knows your company’s context: documents, correspondence, CRM and 1C. It understands the task, finds the data it needs, answers with links to sources and can take action: create a task, fill in a document, send a report. It has access rights, permissions and boundaries — just like an employee.
How much does implementation cost?
Implementation starts at $5,000 and depends on the number of skills, channels and integrations, the size of the knowledge base and infrastructure requirements. You can get a preliminary range in the calculator in a minute; we fix the exact figure in the proposal after a briefing. Running costs start at $500 per month in the cloud.
How fast will Company Brain be up and running?
A prototype on your data — 2 weeks after the start. A pilot with a measurable quality metric — 4–6 weeks. Production launch — 6–12 weeks depending on the number of integrations.
Can Company Brain make up an answer?
It answers only from your documents and data, and every answer comes with a link to the source. If its confidence is below the threshold, it honestly says “I don’t know” and passes the question to a person. Every request and source is logged: you can always see why a given answer was produced.
Where is our data stored?
Your choice: the W2W cloud or a fully private perimeter on your own servers. For banks, the public sector and companies with data residency requirements we deploy a closed installation — data never leaves your perimeter.
Who will see documents an employee has no access to?
No one. Permissions are applied before the answer is generated, not filtered afterwards: documents outside a role’s access physically never get into the context.
Who owns the solution and the code?
The client. We hand over the source code, documentation and operating instructions. Your team can develop Company Brain on its own or leave it to us under SLA.
What if we’re not happy with the answer quality?
We fix the acceptance threshold in the contract before the pilot starts: 85% acceptable answers to 50 real questions from your business. If we miss the threshold, we keep improving at our own expense until acceptance.
Do you only build Company Brain?
No. Win to Win is a full-cycle IT outsourcing company: ERP, CRM, mobile apps, web platforms and marketplaces. Company Brain is our main focus, but it often needs a system around it — and we build that with the same team.
