What IT Park Uzbekistan is
IT Park Uzbekistan is the state technology park through which the country's IT industry develops. Residents get a special tax regime: no corporate income, social, property or land tax, and employee income tax reduced from 12% to 7.5%. The status is granted to companies that develop software products and provide IT services.
The industry is growing fast: as of May 2025 IT Park had 2,846 members, and service exports by its members reached $480.9 million in January–September 2025.
What the status means for Win to Win clients
- Verifiability. Certificate No. 4689 can be checked in the IT Park registry and by the QR code on the document. This is not a freelance team but a legal entity with an official status.
- A clear contract. We work under a contract with a specification, acceptance certificates, an NDA and the source code handed over to the client.
- Foreign-currency payments. IT Park residents can receive payments from foreign clients in foreign currency, which makes it easier to work with clients from the US, Europe and the CIS.
- A fair price. The resident tax regime is one of the reasons the team's rates stay at $10–30 per hour.
